Terms and Condition
Album
Our packages only for 'Pocket Album' printing only. If request for CUSTOM ALBUM we charge extra RM450 for that purpose. No OUTDOOR session, we charge extra RM350 for that purpose.
* The pricing stated above are applicable only in LembahKlang, Selangor(selected district only) and Seremban due to mileage and accommodation charges for other state.
* RM250 mileage and accommodation charges will be implemented for other state(negotiable).
* Terms of payment is 50% from the agreed amount upon confirmation and the remaining 50% shall be paid 7 days before the photo session begin.
* The 50% deposit is not refundable upon cancellation.
* All images taken on the event's day are copyrights of our Photography. Our Photography has the right to use the client's images for marketing and promotional purposes. Clients however are free to reproduce or make copies of the images given by our Photography, as long it does not involve in profitable or commercial purposes.
* Delivery of the finish goods are estimated within 14 - 30 working days, depends on jobs in hand and might be longer. If an extension is not inevitable, our Photography shall inform the client on the status.
* Delivery methods are either self-pickup or via Pos Malaysia. Additional RM10-30 will be charge for the postal service, depends on the location.
*Our Photography shall not be held responsible for any unwanted incidents before, during or after the photography sessions.
* Our Photography has the right to alter the pricing, terms and condition without prior notice.
